Executive summary
Quits Aviation Group has built, over 25 years, one of West Africa's most distinctive aviation, hospitality and infrastructure groups. Its digital presence should carry the same authority as the purple-lit terminal at Murtala Muhammed International Airport. This proposal sets out how we will deliver that — in two phases, as requested.
Phase 1 — Executive Jets Services Limited
A cinematic, conversion-focused website for the group's private-aviation arm: charter, aircraft management, fleet and the FBO/VIP terminal — engineered to win high-value charter enquiries.
Phase 2 — Quits Aviation Group corporate
The group flagship: four sectors, subsidiaries, leadership, milestones and the Legend Hotel — presenting a unified, investable corporate identity that supports long-term growth.
Investment
USD 15,600 one-time for both phases commissioned together (itemised in Section 14), plus modest recurring hosting/support.
Timeline
Phase 1 live in 7 weeks; both phases complete in ~13 weeks from kick-off.
Ownership
You own everything — code, design files, content, domains and accounts. No lock-in.
Scope of work & recommended website structure
Both phases are delivered end-to-end: discovery, information architecture, UX/UI design, CMS development, content migration, SEO foundation, QA across devices, launch and training. The structures below are our recommendation based on your corporate profile; they will be refined together during discovery.
- Home — cinematic hero, services, fleet preview, trust metrics, charter CTA
- Private Jet Charter — missions, inclusions, process, FAQ
- Fleet — Challenger, Hawker, Legacy with specifications & cabin galleries
- Aircraft Management — oversight, maintenance, compliance, owner reporting
- FBO & VIP Terminal — lounges, hangarage, fuelling, licensing, terminal stats
- Safety & Compliance — NCAA AOC (2013), safety management system, CAMOSA airworthiness oversight
- About — group heritage, values, milestones, partnerships
- Contact / Request a Charter — structured enquiry form with routing
- Plus: legal pages (privacy, terms), 404, XML sitemap
- Home — group story, four sectors, key figures, clients & partners
- About — overview, vision & mission, values, milestones, achievements
- Our Divisions — Aviation · Hospitality · Construction · Advertisement, with subsidiary profiles (Quits Aviation FZC, Executive Jets Services Limited, ExecuJet Aviation Nigeria FZE, Quits Hospitality Services FZC, Very Fine Product FZE, Quits Engineering & Construction)
- Hospitality — Legend Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton showcase
- Leadership — Chairman & executive team profiles
- Contact — division-routed enquiry management
- Plus: newsroom/press section (optional module), careers page (optional), legal pages, 404
- Shared design system across both sites — one visual language, two distinct expressions, dramatically lower Phase 2 cost and future build cost for subsidiary sites (Execujet, Legend Hotel microsites).
- Content entry for up to 15 pages per site from materials you supply; professional copy-polish of supplied text included.
- Two structured revision rounds per phase at design stage; one post-build refinement round.
Design concept & user experience approach
Two audiences, two atmospheres, one brand system.
Executive Jets — “Quiet Luxury”
Deep-navy canvas, champagne-gold accents, refined serif display type and full-bleed photography of your terminal and cabins. The experience mirrors the product: discreet, unhurried, precise. Every page funnels to a single action — request a charter.
Group corporate — “Confident Scale”
Bright, open layouts with the group's coral-red and deep navy, bold geometric type, animated growth metrics and a sector-led architecture. Built to serve investors, partners, regulators and talent with equal clarity.
Motion with restraint
Scroll-triggered reveals, animated counters and subtle parallax — always honouring reduced-motion preferences.
Conversion-first UX
Persistent charter CTA, one-hour response promise, frictionless forms — designed around the enquiry journey of a time-poor executive.
Accessibility
WCAG 2.2 AA targets: semantic structure, keyboard navigation, contrast-checked palettes, skip links, descriptive alt text.
Light & dark themes
Both sites ship with user-selectable light and dark modes — a one-tap toggle in the header, with the visitor's choice remembered. Already working in the prototype.
Deliverables: moodboards, interactive design system, high-fidelity page designs (desktop + mobile) in Figma, and a component library the CMS editors reuse without breaking the brand.
Content Management System
We will deliver our own custom-built CMS, engineered by HiBa RVD and tailored to Quits Aviation Group — no third-party platform, no licence fees, fully owned by you.
What your team gets
- A visual block editor that maps 1:1 to the design system — heroes, fleet cards, statistics, galleries, FAQs and division pages are edited on-screen, never in code.
- Role-based publishing workflow: marketing edits, management approves, every change is logged.
- A built-in enquiry manager — charter requests and division-routed messages with statuses, search and export (see Section 8).
- One dashboard for the whole group: Phase 2, Executive Jets and future microsites (Execujet, Legend Hotel) managed from a single sign-in.
- Media library with automatic image optimisation (WebP/AVIF, responsive sizes).
Why custom beats off-the-shelf
- Exact fit — the CMS ships with only what you need, so it stays fast, simple to learn and simple to secure.
- No third-party plugin sprawl or forced upgrade cycles — the attack surface stays minimal by design (see Section 7).
- No platform licence or per-seat fees — delivered with full source code and a perpetual, royalty-free licence.
- Built on a modern, proven stack (Node.js + PostgreSQL) with a headless architecture that publishes static-fast pages — the prototype's speed is the production benchmark.
- Evolves with the group — new blocks and features are added under the support plans, on your priorities rather than a vendor's roadmap.
The CMS transfers to Quits Aviation Group with full source code and documentation on final payment (Section 18), so any competent team could maintain it independently of us.
Mobile-responsive design
- Mobile-first build — layouts designed at 360 px first, scaling to 4K; the accompanying prototype already demonstrates this behaviour.
- Tested on real devices: iOS Safari, Android Chrome, plus tablet and desktop breakpoints; print styles for key pages.
- Performance budget: Core Web Vitals “Good” on 4G — responsive images (WebP/AVIF), lazy-loading, font subsetting, CDN edge caching in Lagos.
- Touch-optimised: 44 px tap targets, thumb-reachable CTAs, swipeable galleries, click-to-call and WhatsApp actions.
Search Engine Optimisation features
Technical foundation
- Semantic HTML5 & schema.org structured data (Organization, Airline/Service, Hotel, FAQ)
- XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical URLs, clean permalinks
- Open Graph / Twitter cards for rich sharing
- Core Web Vitals optimisation
On-page & content
- Keyword research for private-jet-charter and aviation-services terms in Nigeria/West Africa
- Optimised titles, descriptions and heading hierarchy per page
- Internal-linking architecture across group sites (shared authority)
Local & measurement
- Google Business Profile setup/optimisation for the terminal & hotel
- GA4 + Search Console configured, conversion events on enquiries
- Baseline ranking report at launch; ongoing SEO available in support plans
Security features & SSL implementation
Transport & perimeter
- SSL/TLS on day one — auto-renewing certificates (Let's Encrypt), full HTTPS with HSTS; optional OV certificate for corporate assurance.
- Cloudflare WAF + DDoS protection in front of every site; Lagos edge PoP for speed.
- Security headers (CSP, X-Frame-Options, referrer policy) and rate limiting.
Application & operations
- Hardened CMS: 2FA for all admins, least-privilege roles, login protection, file-integrity monitoring.
- Daily off-site backups, 30-day retention, tested restore procedure.
- Uptime + security monitoring with alerting; managed patching under support plans.
- Form data handled per NDPR (Nigeria) and GDPR principles; privacy policy templates included.
Contact forms & enquiry management
- Structured charter-request form (route, dates, passengers, service) so your desk receives actionable briefs, not bare messages — as demonstrated in the prototype.
- Division-based routing on the corporate site: aviation, hospitality, construction, advertisement, careers — each to the right inbox automatically.
- Instant branded auto-acknowledgement to the client; internal notifications by email (and optionally WhatsApp/Slack).
- Every enquiry stored in a secure CMS dashboard — searchable, exportable, with status labels (new / in progress / closed).
- Anti-spam without user friction: honeypot + Cloudflare Turnstile (no distorted-text CAPTCHA for VIP clients).
- Optional CRM integration (HubSpot, Zoho) for pipeline tracking — priced on request.
Website hosting recommendation
Managed cloud hosting on enterprise infrastructure (DigitalOcean/AWS via a managed platform), fronted by Cloudflare's global CDN — which peers in Lagos, keeping the sites fast for your primary audience while remaining quick worldwide.
Included
- 99.9% uptime SLA
- Daily backups + on-demand snapshots
- Staging environment for safe changes
Performance
- Server-side caching + CDN edge cache
- HTTP/3, Brotli, image optimisation
- Scales for traffic spikes (press, campaigns)
Governance
- Accounts opened in your name — you own the infrastructure
- We administer under the support plan
- Transparent at-cost billing
Both sites can share one server (recommended) — reflected in the recurring costs in Section 14.
Domain management
- Audit of current holdings (quitsaviation.org and related names) plus defensive registrations we recommend (e.g. .com, .ng, .aero variants, executive-jets names).
- Recommended architecture: corporate site at www.quitsaviation.org; Executive Jets at executivejets.quitsaviation.org (or a dedicated domain, e.g. executivejets services name — both approaches supported; subdomain consolidates SEO authority, dedicated domain strengthens standalone brand. We'll advise in discovery.)
- DNS managed on Cloudflare (fast, free, DNSSEC-enabled); registrar accounts held in your name with our team as technical contact.
- Auto-renewal monitoring so a lapsed domain can never take the group offline; SPF/DKIM/DMARC records configured to protect @quitsaviation.org email deliverability.

- Preferred support plan and hosting-account ownership details

Relevant work & live prototype
Rather than listing past projects alone, we invested in building your project first — a full working prototype of both phases, designed from your corporate profile.
The prototypes demonstrate our aviation-sector design judgement directly: information architecture for charter conversion, corporate multi-sector storytelling, real performance discipline, and accessibility. Client references and selected corporate case studies (UAE & international) are available on request and will be presented at our meeting.
