About Quits Aviation Group

Established in 1999 by Dr. Sam Iwuajoku, Quits Aviation Group has grown from a single quality-inspection company into a diversified Nigerian conglomerate — active in aviation, hospitality, construction, agriculture and FMCG from its home at Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.

Company overview

One group. Five divisions. A single standard of excellence.

Quits Aviation Group began in April 1999 as QUITS — Quality Inspection & Testing Services Ltd. Today it is a privately held conglomerate operating within the NEPZA free zone as Quits Aviation Free Zone Company, headquartered at the Quits Aviation Centre beside Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Ikeja, Lagos.

The group's companies span the full breadth of its five divisions: Executive Jets Services FZE for private jet charter, ExecuJet Aviation Nigeria FZE for FBO and handling, Quits Hospitality Services FZC — operator of Legend Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton — Quits Engineering & Construction, African Farms Limited in agriculture, and Intercity Commodities Limited and Master Chef Supply Ltd in FMCG.

Across every company, the same values apply: quality, safety, excellence and ethics — delivered by teams who treat each guest, passenger and client to the highest professional standard.

Key achievements

What the group has built

Landmark partnerships, purpose-built infrastructure and sustained operational growth.

A landmark Hilton partnership

Signed in 2015 and elevated to the Curio Collection in 2016, the group's Management Service Agreement with Hilton delivered Legend Hotel — a distinctive airport hotel operated to international hospitality standards.

State-of-the-art facilities

Following the 2016 ground lease with FAAN, the group developed the Quits Aviation Centre — private terminals, hangarage, fuelling and VIP handling in one integrated campus at Murtala Muhammed International Airport.

Diversified expansion

Between 2016 and 2018 the group incorporated its core operating companies across aviation, hospitality and construction — a deliberately balanced portfolio under the Quits Aviation Free Zone Company, since extended into agriculture and FMCG.

Consistent growth

From 2019 to 2025 the Quits Terminal established itself as a leading private aviation hub in Nigeria — welcoming passengers and coordinating movements year after year.

Technology & sustainability

Building responsibly for the decades ahead

The group is investing in technology and sustainability initiatives across its operations — adopting eco-friendly practices throughout the fleet and services, improving operational efficiency, and pursuing innovation that raises the standard of service without raising its footprint.

  • Eco-friendly practices. Sustainable choices embedded across the fleet, terminal and hospitality operations.
  • Operational efficiency. Smarter scheduling, maintenance and resource use across every division.
  • Continuous innovation. Technology adopted wherever it improves safety, service and responsibility.

Strategic growth

Looking forward, Quits Aviation Group is expanding its services within West Africa and beyond — carrying the same values of quality, safety, excellence and ethics into every new market it enters.
