Line Operations Safety Audits (LOSA)
Our LOSA programme provides valuable insight into operational practices, human factors, and potential threats and errors encountered during normal flight operations. By identifying trends and areas for improvement, we strengthen our procedures, training, crew performance and operational resilience.
Flight Data Monitoring (FDM)
Our Flight Data Monitoring programme provides continuous analysis of aircraft operational data, enabling early identification of trends, deviations and potential safety risks. This data-driven approach allows our Safety and Flight Operations teams to take preventive action, improve operational performance and continuously enhance the safety of our fleet.

Our Quality & Safety Department works closely with Flight Operations, Engineering & Maintenance, Training, Ground Operations and Management to ensure that safety is embedded in every aspect of our organisation.
Through Safety Management Systems (SMS), internal audits, risk assessments, occurrence reporting, trend monitoring, LOSA, FDM, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement programmes, we maintain a proactive safety culture in which every employee understands their responsibility for safe operations.
